Hummingbird part 2 - Maple and Pecan Muffins

Woohoo, a week later and Ellie's friend Heidi came round for more baking and this time i can actually taste the end product! They made a lovely big batch of Maple and Pecan Muffins (again from the Hummingbird book) which were delicious straight from the oven. A slightly crunchy top with a light textured centre full of chopped pecans and some great sticky swirls of maple syrup running through.
